It takes courage to ask for help.

Welcome

Are you overwhelmed by your stress, self-expectations, emotions, or current ways of thinking? Do you struggle with anxiety, relationships, life decisions, or difficult adjustments? Is a recent injury affecting your mental health and performance on the field or in the office? If so, therapy may be for you. We strive to make our practice warm, compassionate, culturally-sensitive, and nonjudgmental. We value authenticity and work to see through your unique lens while also challenging you to see things from a new perspective.

Individualized Approach

We are guided by the belief that all people have the resilience to face life’s challenges. Our role is to help you find your strength–we are genuinely interested in learning more about our patients to determine how we can be most helpful. We approach treatment with an individualized strategy because therapy is not a "one-size fits all" solution.

"Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen"
-Brene Brown

A step toward better mental health

We provide our patients with integrative individual therapy. Everyone is unique, so we create a specific treatment plan for each patient based on their specific concerns. Sometimes treatment is a process of uncovering these things. Other times, it is a process of working towards them. We specialize in treating individuals from adolescence to adulthood, as well as college, elite, and professional athletes for the following:

  • Relationship Concerns
  • Stress and Trauma
  • Anxiety Disorders
  • Life Transitions
  • Returning to Sport
  • Mental Impacts of Injuries
  • Body Image and Eating Concerns
